Let your competitive nature drive your body composition.  Instructor led SMALL semi-private training sessions. Session size limited to 8 athletes. Programming is periodized for MAXIMUM results and sustainability. Programming is also provided through TRAIN HEROIC so you NEVER need to miss a session… online guidance and support enables you to be independent and stay on track, EVEN if you have to travel!

Atlas-Fit redefines group training by using strategies that are mainly implemented during one-on-one personal training, but with the added bonus of a group setting for community support, culture, and excitement.  
We design group training programs based upon concepts from some of the top coaches and leaders in the health and fitness fields, ranging from Olympic coaches to strength and body composition specialists.  Our programs are not only effective for improving body composition, but also foster an environment and atmosphere that members thoroughly enjoy.
We have redefined group training by using the most current strategies and methods to achieve fat loss and strength gain, while not sacrificing overall health and wellness. Atlas-Fit Semi Private Training is uses a long-term periodization model to keep members’ bodies responding to workouts, and to ensure that boredom is never a factor.  Because of how we periodize programming in group classes, you can say “good-bye” to plateaus and rebounds!

Access membership BUT with access to a trainer AND a program to help you to achieve your goals! Be independent, but also get the support you need at an affordable rate! Pick whatever program suits your individual need. Travel a lot? No problem! Our training on the demand gives you all your programming online with videos so that you can train whenever WHEREVER you like!
