Our Methods

One size does not fit all. Everybody is unique and we customize our approach, product, and services based on individual needs. We evaluate health, body composition, and lifestyle using a multi-pronged approach. Our trainers are certified in the use of highly specialized tools and software consisting of bioelectrical impedance assessments, ultrasound imaging technology, and BioPrint/BioSignature Modulation. We take the time to understand our clients’ goals and then develop a customized workout program.
We offer high quality doctor-grade supplements including, but not limited to, Metagenics, Nutri-Dyn, NuMedica, Designs for Health, and Thorne; and sports performance supplements such as Poliquin Brand and Prime Nutrition, and will also make dietary suggestions to help you maximize your results. 
At ATLAS•FIT, we firmly believe that measurable results are a necessity for the creation and delivery of the highest quality products and services.  Beyond knowledge and skill, we have the passion to help you change your life.
We have PICP (PoliquinTM International Certification Program) Level 2 Strength Coaches and Trainers on staff. The PICP techniques provide you with unique and specific training to suit your individual needs.

Hello Atlas-Fit family!

My name is Alex Saenz. I just moved back to the Bee cave/Lakeway area with my wife Janette and our 2 year old Kai. We are extremely excited to be back in the area, and I am very happy to be apart of this great community at Atlas-Fit.

I’ve been a trainer off and on for the last 10 years, I finally decided I was tired of bouncing back and forth in the oilfield and other jobs that did not give me a purpose. I continue to be a student in the health and fitness world always working on my craft so that I can help as many people as possible. My goal is to help others be self sufficient and confident in the gym while helping them along their fitness journey. I currently hold a Crossfit L1 certification, I am studying for my Precision Nutrition L1 as well as OPEX CCP L1. I want to be able to help in all areas of health and wellness not just the lifting side, because overall wellness is so much more than the gym, and I strive to be a coach that can help improve all areas.

Turbulence Precedes Transformation. No matter where you are in journey you have the ability to change the trajectory of your life. Do not overlook the process of your journey it is the teacher which brings about progress toward your goal.

Being a parent and having to juggle schedules as well as my own health I feel the need to help those in the same boat. Helping busy parents find time and the desire to improve their health and fitness. We all have to realize that it’s not selfish for us to want to improve ourselves for our own longevity to make sure we can play with our kids and potential grandkids.

I’ve been able to do this through Remote and On-site coaching, which allows my clients to train on their own schedule and train towards goals that they care about. With this customized approach you can train on your own while still getting guidance from your coach. I am excited to bring this to the area and offer it through Atlas-Fit to help serve our busy members.

James Morrison has been in the fitness industry for the past seven years as a Fitness Manger and Personal Trainer at several health clubs in the California and Austin, Texas areas.

James started his career while obtaining a degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with two minors in Exercise Sports Studies and Personal Training and Group Fitnes.

James started his journey in health and fitness following the repercussions of a severe head injury along with low back, hip, and shoulder issues. This led James to search for his own solutions.  Within his journey, James found that many shared in his struggles and that his personal pursuit created a connection with others that he could help. This desire and passion to be involved in the health and fitness’s industry was a result of his personal struggle and the empathy he shared with others who needed a better direction.

James is passionate about finding solutions to help others and in his pursuit has learned from some of the industry’s best in health and fitness. He continues to attend seminars and certifications programs with Charles Poliquin, Ann Fredericks, Chris Fredericks, Andre Beniot, Derek Woodske, Bob Rakowski, DC, and Guy Voyer, DO to name a few. His mission; to make our members healthy, fit and to not only enjoy the outcome, but to learn and respect the process.

He brings expert knowledge to the table to push ATLAS•FIT’S clients beyond their apprehensions by showing them what they are capable of. His specialties are: strength training, movement, mobility, nutrition, program design, muscle gain and fat loss. The ultimate goal is getting you to being a leaner and healthier you.

James knows that he can impact lives by showing his clients that they have the power and are capable of making a change. His technique shows them avenues to better themselves mentally and physically by providing the tools and support they need to be their own catalyst to change their lives.

Danielle Brockway

Danielle is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  She is also a Level I Peak Pilates instructor, currently studying for her Level II certification on the path to her Comprehensive Pilates instructor certification.
Danielle specializes in training for strength, body transformation, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and functional fitness.  Danielle’s experience in the health and fitness field includes five years of training in California before moving to Texas three years ago.  In Texas, she continued personal training and group fitness classes while she began studying Pilates.  Danielle believes in intense training programs that are saturated with variety, challenging clients’ muscles and cardiovascular systems, while creating a mind-body connection.

Liz manages the daily operations at Atlas Fit as well as trains clients. She holds certifications as a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, PoliquinTM  BioSignature Level 2 Practitioner & PICP Level 2 Strength Coach, Precision Nutrition and a CF-L1 Trainer with specifications in gymnastics, endurance training and field sports.

"I'm a teacher.  Regardless of what my title says, my passion is to impart knowledge.  I believe that everyone should be able to move well and live well.  I want to be fit for life in every sense of the meaning... I want to be fit for the rest of my life, and I want to be fit for whatever life brings my way."

You don't have to be a slave to your diet or or training regimen.  My mission is to teach everyone to live sustainably with their physical and compositional goals!

I am 48 years old, a wife, a mother of three, and put on earth to help my world and community live well.
