Atlas-Fit redefines group training by using strategies that are mainly implemented during one-on-one personal training, but with the added bonus of a group setting for community support, culture, and excitement.
We design group training programs based upon concepts from some of the top coaches and leaders in the health and fitness fields, ranging from Olympic coaches to strength and body composition specialists. Our programs are not only effective for improving body composition, but also foster an environment and atmosphere that members thoroughly enjoy.
We have redefined group training by using the most current strategies and methods to achieve fat loss and strength gain, while not sacrificing overall health and wellness. Atlas-Fit Group Training is uses a long-term periodization model to keep members’ bodies responding to workouts, and to ensure that boredom is never a factor.
