One size does not fit all. Everybody is unique and we customize our approach, product, and services based on individual needs. We evaluate health, body composition, and lifestyle using a multi-pronged approach. Our trainers are certified in the use of highly specialized tools and software consisting of bioelectrical impedance assessments, ultrasound imaging technology, and BioPrint/BioSignature Modulation. We take the time to understand our clients’ goals and then develop a customized workout program.
We offer high quality doctor-grade supplements including, but not limited to, Metagenics, Nutri-Dyn, NuMedica, Designs for Health, and Thorne; and sports performance supplements such as Poliquin Brand and Prime Nutrition, and will also make dietary suggestions to help you maximize your results.

We have PICP (PoliquinTM International Certification Program) Level 2 Strength Coaches and Trainers on staff. The PICP techniques provide you with unique and specific training to suit your individual needs.

James Morrison has been in the fitness industry for the past seven years as a Fitness Manger and Personal Trainer at several health clubs in the California and Austin, Texas areas.
James started his career while obtaining a degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with two minors in Exercise Sports Studies and Personal Training and Group Fitnes.
James started his journey in health and fitness following the repercussions of a severe head injury along with low back, hip, and shoulder issues. This led James to search for his own solutions. Within his journey, James found that many shared in his struggles and that his personal pursuit created a connection with others that he could help. This desire and passion to be involved in the health and fitness’s industry was a result of his personal struggle and the empathy he shared with others who needed a better direction.
James is passionate about finding solutions to help others and in his pursuit has learned from some of the industry’s best in health and fitness. He continues to attend seminars and certifications programs with Charles Poliquin, Ann Fredericks, Chris Fredericks, Andre Beniot, Derek Woodske, Bob Rakowski, DC, and Guy Voyer, DO to name a few. His mission; to make our members healthy, fit and to not only enjoy the outcome, but to learn and respect the process.
He brings expert knowledge to the table to push ATLAS•FIT’S clients beyond their apprehensions by showing them what they are capable of. His specialties are: strength training, movement, mobility, nutrition, program design, muscle gain and fat loss. The ultimate goal is getting you to being a leaner and healthier you.
James knows that he can impact lives by showing his clients that they have the power and are capable of making a change. His technique shows them avenues to better themselves mentally and physically by providing the tools and support they need to be their own catalyst to change their lives.

Colby is a Personal Trainer and the gym Operations Manager. His path towards a career in fitness began with a love of sports as a child, including playing football and running track at Lake Travis High School. Postgraduation, Colby attended Abilene Christian University where he majored in Exercise Science and minored in Nutrition and Psychology. In addition to his coursework, he worked as a personal trainer and manager at Gold’s Gym Abilene, where his passion for fitness flourished. Colby went on to be the lead personal trainer at Gold’s Gym Austin North, where he was able to continually expand his knowledge base and refine his areas of expertise. Colby currently specializes in multiple training modalities including advanced body composition and fat loss protocols. With his BioPrint certification, Colby is trained to properly assess individuals and tailor specific workout and nutrition programs to address their priorities. Colby’s goal is to implement a custom designed training program in accordance with your personal goals, while providing a fun, supportive, and educational atmosphere.
Danielle is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also a Level I Peak Pilates instructor, currently studying for her Level II certification on the path to her Comprehensive Pilates instructor certification.
Danielle specializes in training for strength, body transformation, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and functional fitness. Danielle’s experience in the health and fitness field includes five years of training in California before moving to Texas three years ago. In Texas, she continued personal training and group fitness classes while she began studying Pilates. Danielle believes in intense training programs that are saturated with variety, challenging clients’ muscles and cardiovascular systems, while creating a mind-body connection.
Zach runs the group training program at Atlas Fit. Zach knew personal training was his life’s calling at a very young age, receiving his first certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine at the age of eighteen. Zach was the youngest trainer to earn the Poliquin Biosignature modulation certification at nineteen years old. Since then, he has completed BioPrint certification with Charles Poliquin, a Strength and Hypertrophy specialty seminar with Wolfgang Unsold, and the golf industry’s Titleist Performance Institute Level 1.
Zach specializes in advanced body composition using an approach that not only leads to fat loss and muscle gain, but simultaneously improves overall health and wellbeing. Zach is able to consistently achieve results with clients by focusing on many different aspects of health and wellness including lifestyle factors, customized nutrition, resistance training, and supplementation. One of the most essential elements of achieving goals is sustainability of results; that is, if something is not sustainable, a client won’t stick to it. Zach designs programs to be as sustainable as possible, by which he instills habits rather than providing a quick fix.
As an Atlas Fit owner, Kim’s primary role is Business Development. She knew fitness was her calling after she met Ryan Bayless while training for an NPC competition. Kim holds certifications as a Personal Trainer by ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), Poliquin Group Level 1 BioSignature, and HKC HardStyle Kettlebell.
Kim embraces Atlas Fit methodologies and strives to achieve balance between business, family, and personal health. As a former business traveler who ultimately chose to make her own health a priority, Kim understands the challenges that face business people as they strive to get in shape. As a mother of a singleton girl and twin boys, Kim also understands the struggle to feel and look good again after childbirth, while having limited time to spend on self-improvement. Kim feels that in order for any program to be successful, it must be realistic, efficient, and results-oriented.
