Michael Trevino

From a young age, Michael knew helping people accomplish their fitness goals was his life’s calling. His passion for fitness dates back to his time playing youth sports. Michael played nearly every sport there is, appreciating every nuance of playing at a high level. After serving in the U.S. Army, he moved on to complete his B.S. in Sports Medicine and earned his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then, he has completed the Body Swing Connection certification through the Titleist Performance Institute. (TPI). This certifies Michael to use in depth training methods to help his clients increase their player performance through a deep understanding of how the body functions during the golf swing.

Michael specializes in advanced body composition using an approach that not only leads to fat loss and muscle gain, but additionally improves overall health and well-being. Michael is able to consistently achieve results for clients with any number of fitness goals by focusing on various aspects of health and wellness including lifestyle factors, customized nutrition, resistance training, and supplementation. One of the most essential elements of fitness isn’t just achieving goals, but is maintaining results. If a program isn't well suited to the individual, a client won’t stick to it and will lose the results they worked so hard to achieve. Michael designs programs to be as sustainable as possible, by instilling habits rather than providing a quick fix.
